1. How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary by country. Below is the overview:

2. When will my order be delivered?

We sell approximately 8,500 different products. Many of these products we have in stock. If we have your product in stock we will send it immediately.

Orders that we receive before 15:00 are processed the same day. On the website you can use your personal login status of your order immediately.

On the day of dispatch you will receive an e-mail with track and trace code so you can track the package.

Our clients in the Netherlands also receive on the day of receiving a text message with the period of delivery.

3. Not at home?

If the shipment can not be delivered because the pickup address nobody is found, the return shipment to the depot. Addressee by means of a notification, which is stored at the delivery address on the delivery informed. It shows also the potential for a second delivery and / or collection of the consignment. 4. Delivered to a different address?

5. Order under COD (Netherlands)

7. Return Sending packets to Shops4youonline:

If you wish to return a package to Shops4youonline you should first contact the customer service. You send an email to: INFO@SHOPS4YOUONLINE.COM .

Clearly describe why you want to return the package. You will receive a message from us. After you have talked with us about the return shipment, repack the product in a sound manner (may the box in which the product was received). You write on the invoice what the problem is and send the invoice with the product.

Obviously, the shipping 100% reimbursed if an error was made by shops4youonline.
