What are the shipping costs?
We supply all products in Europe for free at your delivery address.

When will my order be delivered?
We sell products only Babyliss Pro. Many products we have in stock, but not all. Orders are processed the same day coming to us for 17:00. On the website you can check the status of your order via your personal login.

At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Once DPD retrieves the packages you will receive an email with the track and trace code so you can track the package.

Not at home?
If the consignment can not be delivered because no one at the delivery address is found, the shipment will be returned to the depot. Addressed by means of a notification, which will be left at the delivery address, informed about the delivery. This also shows the potential for a second delivery and / or pick up the shipment. If by addressee within 5 working reacted after the first delivery, the shipment will be returned to Shops4youonline. The shipping fee to resend the package we bring over extra.

Delivered to another address?
It is possible to have your order at another address. Please indicate when ordering.

Order under COD
Orders cash on delivery is not possible at Babyliss-Pro.eu.

Return Sending packages to Shops4youonline:

Clearly describe why you want to send the package back. You will receive notice from us. After you have talked to us about the return, repack the products in proper manner (which may in the box in which you received the product). You write on the invoice what the problem is and send the invoice with the product.
